WATER RIGHI'S FROM JIUN-HUEY LEE, 21910 HERMOSA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Jiun-Huey Lee bas executed a "Quitclaim Deed and Authorizlllion"
wbich is in good and sutticimt form, quiœlaiming all his rights in and authorizing the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Oara. State of California, to ~tract water from the
undergroUnd basin, underlying that œrIIIin real!" operty situate in the City of Cupertino,
more pørtieularly described as follows:
All that certain reaI!"uyaty situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Oar&, State of California, as s!,lawn and
delineaœd on that œrIIIin map filed in the officè of the County
Record~ of the County of Santa Oara on the 11th day of August.
1917, in Boo\;:F of Maps at Page 20, Lots 66 anó 72.

NOW, THIJREFORE, 'BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and '
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVlID that the City Oerk be and she is hereby authorized
to recórd said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorizølion" and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 3rd day of October ,1994, by the following vote:

hereby grant, bargain, assign, convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the CITY
OF CUPERTINO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to u the "GRANTEE",
its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand, both at
law and in equity, and u well in possession u in expectancy of the GRANTOR as ;)wner
of Lots 66 & 72 of that certain subdivision of real property situate in the Counuy of Santa
Clara, State of California, and specifically described in the map thereof filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara on the W!u!!lV or Annl 1917. in
Book F MaDs at Put 20. to' pump, take or otherwiJe extract water ti'om the
underground buin or any undergrounC: strata in the Santa Clara Valley for benc:ficial use
upon the lands overlying said underground basin, and GRANTOR hereby irrevocably
authorized GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, on behalf of the GRANTOR and its
successors in ownership or overlying lands in the said lots to take ftom said underground
buin within the said Jots any and all water which the owner or owners of said overlying
lands may be entitled to take for beneficial use on said lands and to supply such water to
such owner or owners or others as a public utility; pro'ided, however, that nothing
contained in this instrument shall be deemed to authorize GRANTEE to enter upon any of
the lots delineated upon the above described map or to authorize GRANTEE to malce any
withdrawal of water which will result in damage to any building or structure erected upon
said lot,.
