RESOLUTION NO. 9100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
UNDERGROUND WATER RIGHTS FROM BAHADOR ASKARINAM,
10680 MERRIMAN ROAD
WHEREAS, Bahador Askarinam has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway
Purposes, which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real property situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately ,058 acres at 10680 Merriman Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of June , 1994, by the following vote:

entitled "Map of Inspiration Heights, Manta Vista" recorded in book P of maps
at page 1113 Santa Clara County Records and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned lot 56 thence
Southerly 30 feet along the center line of Merriman Road and along the
Westerly line of the above mention Lot 56 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence Easterly 30 feet along a line that is parallel to the South line of lot 53;
thence Northerly 85 feet along a line that is parallel to the west line of lots 53
and 56; thence Easterly 30 feet along a line that is parallel to the South line of
