CC Resolution No. 9060 . . 2-GPA-94 I CI1Y OF CUPERTINO I 0300 Tone Avenue Cupntino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 9060 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AOOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1993 GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO REMOVE THE COMMERCIAL LAND USE REQUIP.EMENT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 21875 - 21881 STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD (APN 326-19-117 - SUMMERHILL HOMES) SECTION T- FINDINGS WHEIŒAS, the City of Cupertino received an application for a General Plan Amendment as described on this Resolution; and 1 I WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cuper!Ú1o, and the City Council has held a meeting to consider and approved the granting of General Plan Amendment hearing; and WHEREAS, the General Plan designation to be deleted is the commercial land use designation and to be re-designated as Residential 4.4 - 12 D.UJGr, Ac.; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the potential environmental impacts of the project and found they were not .ignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for General Plan Amendment is hereby approved and the commercial land use designation for APN 326-19-117 is hereby deleted, The property hence with shall b.> designated as Residential 4.4 - 12 D,UJGr. Ac, That the subconclusions upon which the findings and cotlditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Applic.tion 2-GPA-94 as set forth in L'Ie Minutes of the City Council M~ng of March 21,1994, and are incorporated by reference as thOlOgh fully set forth herein.
