RESOLUTION NO. 9033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
WHEREAS, Title 8 of the Cupertino Municipal Code establishes a process for
Anirnal Control Services, and authorizes animal license fees and other animal service fees
be adopted by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino approves animal license fees per attachment Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this l1h day of FebruaJY, 1994, by the following vote:
