CC Resolution No. 3507I RESOLUTION NO. 3507 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO GRANTING A VARIANCE TO BILL ENG TO REDUCE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF OFF-STREET PARKING STALLS FOR AN EXISTING SHOP- PING CENTER FROM 240 TO 195; SAID PROPERTY IS LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF BLANEY AVENUE AND BOLLINGER ROAD WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support his said application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed public hearings, has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for the Variance (3-V-73) be and the same is hereby approved, subject to con- ditions in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1181,attached hereunto as Exhibit "A", along with attached maps Exhibits -"A" and "B". BE_IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the report of findings attached hereto is approved and adopted, and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to notify the parties affected by this decision. That the shopping center was originally approved by the City with the parking deficiency and as such, the applicant does not enjoy the same privileges as other shopping center owners in terms of flexibility for a mixture of tenants in the shopping center. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1-14. Standard Conditions. 15.
