If Shell will not be able to comply with .Condition 6, the station must cease 24-hour operation and remove the snack shop. Please inform me as to Shell Is course of action In regards to other conditions, staff has approved the parking plan as required under Condition 2 Staff has also reviewed your proposed security plan. I.have enclosed a copy of the City's security standards. It appears that Items 3 and 4 have been fulfilled. Please respond to the other items.
