Monta Vista Commercial Area' These guidelines shall address arch-
itectural standards, building materials, landscape standards, street-
�7 scape details, and sign standards. The subject area is generally
located north and south of Stevens Creek Boulevard from Highway 85
to Byrne Avenue, and from Stevens Creek Boulevard to Granada Avenue
between Orange Avenue and.the railroad tracks adjacent to Imperial Avenue.
