SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – M-2019-02, DIR-2019-05
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of May 23,
2019; approving a Modification to a Use Permit (U-2013-07) to allow a childcare facility to increase the
hours of operation to Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm; and a Director’s Minor
Modification to allow site modifications including the legalization of an existing deck, the construction of
a front-yard fence and the installation of landscaping, located at 21685 Granada Avenue, according to
Resolution No(s). 107 and 108.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on May 23, 2021.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
