Mr. Fred Marberg presented the plans for this triplex, which total is to be constructed on hilly terrain. There will be a to�.a of 6 garages. The exterior siding will be scored cedar plywood finished with a light stain. There was considerable discussion of the quality of the exterior material. This application was reviewed by the Planning Commission but did not get their approval; however, it was passed by the City Council. N.oved by Mr. Stein., seconded by Mr. Chalman, to recommend ap- proval of application 221 -HC -66, subject to the 10 standard conditions and plans as submitted; and subject to the approval of the landscaping plans, to be submitted at a later date.
