The total drainage fee is $11,000.00. Mr. Ketell wishes to pay one - quarter of this amount at the present time, paying the balance as the property is developed. Councilman Dempster moved that Mr. Ketell be advised that he can pay the first one - quarter of the storm drainage fee as requested paying the balance as the property is developed.
