Mr. Exeell's representative said 'chat the request was so that they could tape advantage of the weather and proceed with construction. The City Attorney reported that the 30 -day period is for the purpose of allowing any opposition to circulate petitio.'s, and that the City does not have the pow -r to waive the period. It was moved by Councilman Saich and seconded by Councilman Benetti that the building permit should go through the regular channels. All in favor. 2.
