of the modification of Penney's lighting plan as
indicated on Exhibit E-3 subject to the conditions
listed below.

8. That the poles be 34 ft. in height as used in the Bullock's
parking lot.
9. That a minimum of 1.5 footcandles be allowed as the standard
illumination pattern in the Penney's parking lot.

meeting of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the
City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
