Wilsey, Ham t Blair: Letter commending the Planning Commission on their denial of the C -1 rezonings, and suggesting that the Council support this action. Councilman Jewett stated that in view of the fact that two of the Counellmen are not present and the items on the agenda are of such mag- nitude as to warrant the presence of the entire Council, the City Cow-1- el I would adjoin.
