PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 3rd day of May 2005, by the following vote:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the parcel map herein referred to is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said parcel map and have it
recorded.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record the parcel map of property located at 22291 Cupertino Road, APN 326-
16-017 by Cupertino Estate LLC; and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
22291 CUPERTINO ROAD, APN 326-16-017; DEVELOPER, CUPERTINO
ESTATE LLC AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
SIGN THE PARCEL MAP
