This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of February
28, 2019; approving an Architectural and Site permit to allow building facade improvements and site
modifications; a Sign Program permit approving a Master Sign Program; and a Tree Removal Permit to
allow the removal and replacement of 12 protected trees (as part of a prior approval) at the McClellan
Square Shopping Center, located at 10385 - 10497 S De Anza Boulevard, according to Resolution No(s).
103, 104 and 105.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on February 28, 2021.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before
the Planning Commission.
