HHEREAS, pursuant to the provisíons of the Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939, proceedings have heen initiated by the City Counci.!.,
at the request of all the owners of the real property situate in the pro·-

hereof, is hereby annexed to the City of Cupertino.

Beginning at a point on the Northerly linc of Old Stevens Creok Road. said
point being the Southwest corner of Lot 2 as shO'iV'n on that certain Record of
Survey recorded on June 18, 1963 in Book 162 of Maps at Page 39, Santa Clara
County Records, said point also being a corner üf the city limit line of the
City of Cupertino as said line ý,1as established by thaL eertain mUlExation
