A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEýŒNT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PU~POSES
FROH STANLEY GRCE AND SIDNEY GRCE; APPROXII1ATELY 0.204
ACRE, LOCATED OFF OF HILLCREST ROAD AT CRESCENT ROAD
WHEREAS, Stanley Grce and Sidney_Grce, Grantor, have executed a
Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to
the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public utility
purposes over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit liB", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.204 acre, located off
of Hillcrest Road at Crescent Road, more fully described
in attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit uBI!.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino this 6th day of August , 1973, by the
following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot l6A as shown on that certain map
entktled "Hap of Russellhurst, Honta Vista," recorded in Book "p" of Maps
at page 22, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the southerly line of
Lot l6A and Lot 16 of said map ¡,. 89'53' IV., 200,15 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 16; thence N. 04'40' W., 405,38 feet along the westerly line
of Lots 16, 18, 20 and 22; thence S. 89'53' E., parallel and 5.00 feet north
of the northerly line of Lot 22 and Lot 22A a distance of 200.15 feet to
the northeast corner of Lot 22A; thence S. 04'40' E. 10.03 feet along the
westerly right-of-way line of Hillcrest Road as shown on said map; thence
N. 89'53' W., parallel and 5.00 feet south of the northerly line of Lot 22
