CC Resolution No. 3550 RESOLUTION NO. 3550 A RESOLUTION OF TilE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING FINAL HAP OF TRACT NO. 541,0; LOCATED ON VillXINE AVENUE BETHEEN HOHESTEAD ROAD AND ROUTE 280 FREEWAY; DE- VELOPER, ESTATE HOHES, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLlC SERVICE EASENENTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER AND THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP; AND AUTHORIZING THE AGREEHENT IN CONNECTION THER1.:HITH mÅ’REAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for authorization to record final map of Tract No. 5440, located on Maxine Avenue between Homestead Road ar!d Route 280 freeHay, shovTing certain avenues, drives, places, and roads, by Estate Hou:es, Inc~, a California Corporation; rmd WHEREAS, there has b0en presented to the City Council a proposed agreement: for the construction of streets, curbs and guttéI'S, and for other improvements, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits ae set forth in Exhibit "A", havìnß heen presented for the faithful per- formance of said \york and the carrying out of said agreement; and s.s.id map, agreement, and bonds h3.ving been approved by the City Attorn¡lY; NO\-; , THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final map of Tract No. 541,(), be and the same is hereby approved; and the public service easement.s shmvD thereon be and the same are hereby ac.cepted; and the City Engineer and the City Clerk are horeby authorized to sign said final map, and the Mayor and the Ci ty Clerk aYe hereby authorized to execute the agree-· ment herein referred to in behéîlf of the City of Cupeï-:'tino.
