CC Resolution No. 3585 RESOLUTION NO. 3585 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ORDERING VACATION 01' A PORTION OF IMPERIAL AVENUE PUR- SUANT TO SECTI0N 8320 ET. SEQ., STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA HHEREAS, hearing on Resolution of Intention No. 3576 was held on November 19, 1973 at a r~gular meeting of the City Council at 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertinot California; and ~IEREAS, it appears that notice thereof was duly given as required by law; and vffiEREAS, from the evidence presented, both oral and documentary, it appears to be to the best interests of the City to vacate the hereinafter described portion of a city street; that said portion of said city street is unnecessz.ry for present or prospective public street purposes; NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That all or any protests against the vacation of said portion of a city street be and hereby are overruled and denied; 2. That that certain portion of a city street described and shown in Exhibits "A" and "E" attached hereto and made p8.rt hereof, be and hereby is vacated. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution, attested to and sealed w~th the official seal of the City, to be recorded with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California, forthwith.
