A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE
ACCEPTING A GRANT
FROM FED CORSINI
COURT,
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
AND }1ARY J. CORSINI, LOCATED AT HOGUE
APPROXI}1ATELY 0.005 ACRE
WHEREAS, Feo Corsini and Mary J. Corsini, Grantor, have executed
a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying to
the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for storm drain purposes
over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.005 acre, located at
Hogue Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept
said Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino on the 19th day of November , 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Sparks, Irwin
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Frolich, Meyers

Exhibit "A"
Res. No. 3579
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land 5 feet in width, the westerly line of said 5 feet strip
being the westerly line of Lot 4 of Tract No. 5351, recorded in Book
318 of Maps at page 30, Santa Clara County Records described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 4, thence southerly along
said westerly line of Lot 4 for a distance of 45 feet, said 5 feet strip
of land being perpendicular and parallel to said westerly line.
Containing 0.005 acre, more or less.
