CC Resolution No. 3577 RESOLUTION NO. 3577 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM DOROTHY HOFFMAN, APPROXI}~TELY 0.026 ACRE, LOCATED AT THE NORTH- EAST CORNER OF BLANEY AVENUE AND PRICE AVENUE WHEREAS, the City has approved the acquisition of real property from Dorothy Hoffman for street purposes; and WHEREAS, Dorothy Hoffman has executed a grant of deed which is in good and sufficient form granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property to be utilized for public purposes situated in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof; All that certain real property situate in the City òf Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 0.026 acre located at the northeast corner of Blaney Avenue and Price Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby auth- orized to record said Grant of Deed. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular City of Cupertino on the 19th day of vote: meeting of the City Council of the November ,1973, by the following AYES: Councilmen - Jackson, Sparks, Irwin NOES: Councilmen - None ABSENT: Councilmen - Frolich, Meyers ATTEST: APPROVED: Cupertino Exhibit "A" Res. No. 3577 All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, Countÿ of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of lot 8 as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Map of the Price Subdivision, being lot 4 of the Craft Estate Partition," which map was filed for reoord on December 27, 1911 in Book N of Maps at Page 74, Santa Clara County Records; thence North 0°13' West along the Westerly line of said lot and along the Easterly line of Blaney Avenue as shown on said Map for a distance of 87.40 feet; thence North 89°36' East along a line parallel to the Northerly line of said lot for a distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 0°13' East along a line parallel to and distant 10.00 feet (measured at right angles) from the above-mentioned Westerly line of said lot for a distance of 77.34 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the left having a radius of 20.00 feet and a central angle of 90°11' for an arc length of 31.48 feet; thence South 0°24' East for a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said lot; thence South 89°36' West along said Southerly line and along the Northerly line of Price Avenue as shown on said Map for a distance of 30.10 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing approximately 0.026 acre, more or less.
