Overview: The -Coast Live Oak Tree is 30' feet height, 25' canopy spread with 21" inches in diameter measured a 54"inches above ground level. These trees can be a hazard. As 2 tops grow off the main trunk it can become a weak spot in the structure of the tree. In a big wind can cause the one side of the double top to break off. Too much moisture can also cause rot at location where the 2 top meet at the main trunk. There is no visible irrigation system at this time. This tree it has too many over the surface roots that are causing several damages by lifting the concrete patio making the surface uneven that can cause a person to trip and fall.
