SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – DP-2018-06, ASA-2018-07
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of
September 27, 2018; approving a Development Permit and an Architectural and Site application to allow
a 1,016 square foot second floor addition to an existing two story office building, located at 10104 Vista
Drive, according to Resolution No(s). 96 and 97.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on September 27, 2019.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
Planning Commission.
