Reso 1487ASAC 22-U-88 RESOLUTION NO. 1487 OF 11iE AND SrrE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF TM CITY OF C(JPERTINO APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO AN APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING APPLICANT: Hunter Properties PROPERTY OWNER: Ron and Gloria Allen APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 1900 The Alameda, Suite 606 San Jose, California 95126 PROJECT LOCATION: Northeast corner of Valley Green Drive and Beardon Avenue FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Cbmnittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The Monterey Pines which will be removed are highly susceptible to disease and insect infestation. The pines are creating maintenance problems and are damaging asphalt and curbs in the parking lot. 3. The replacement trees to be planted are of a substantial size. OONDr.rIO NS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Oamnittee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Planting Plan revised July 26, 1989 of Application ASAC 22-U-88 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) A minimum of four 36 inch box trees shall be planted to replace the four Monterey Pines along the street. A minimums 48 inch box tree shall be planted to replace the largest Pine on the interior of the parking lot, near the Beardon Avenue driveway.
