FINDINGS:
Zhe Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) Zhe proposed development is generally consistent with the conditions
of Use Permit 22-U-88.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific ooxiitions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon The project plan set dated September 22,
1988 of Application ASAC 22-U-88 except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) All shrubs shall be 5 gallon container minimum size at the time of
installation.
11) The north wall shall include a decorative wood band at the second
story level, subject to staff approval at the plan review stage.
12) The applicant/owner shall make a good faith effort to obtain
permission from the adjacent prcpety owner to install additional
landscaping, subject to staff approval, adjacent to the north
elevation.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino
