A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL I1 D SITE APPROVAL COM14ITTEE OF THE CITY
OF CUPS CCINO
T EREAS, the applicant has submittcd an application requesting approval of
site, landscaping, grading and lighting in connection with a parking lot
addition to the Florentine Restaurant with exhibits regarding the property
as indicated:

WHEREAS, the Architectural and Site Approval Committee has reviewed the
application with regard to the areas of aesthetics and site plan.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE C01,214ITTEE RECOMIENDS approval of .site,
landscaping, grading and lip:_"_ting subject to E-Control Standard Conditions
and as indicated on F-,;hibi.ts A lst Revision and E and'subject to the following
additional conditions o
10 That the star jasmine, legend #6, on the western elevation
be changed to eugenoides, legend #8o
20 That a total of five (5) juniper torelosa be added in each of
the three planter boxes on the easterly elevation of the building.
3. That the border around the storage facility,:to be juniper
torelosa, be planted five (5) feet on center; the rest of the
area in the planting beds to be star jas-.ire (#6 on legend)
4. That the plants, designated #7, #8 and #9 on the legend, be
changed to a five (5) gallon size.
5e That there are to be five (5) light standards with a maximum
height of twelve (12) feet using the minimum wattage necessary
to provide adequate coverage. A -review of the light intensity
to be made by the staff after final installation, if necessary.
6< That construction of the masonry wall on the easterly and
westerly elevations of the property be deferred until such time
as the property on either side has been.appropriately designated
in the General Plan,
