That the border around the storage facility,:to be juniper torelosa, be planted five (5) feet on center; the rest of the area in the planting beds to be star jas-.ire (#6 on legend) 4. That the plants, designated #7, #8 and #9 on the legend, be changed to a five (5) gallon size. 5e That there are to be five (5) light standards with a maximum height of twelve (12) feet using the minimum wattage necessary to provide adequate coverage.
