The southerly portions of the site shall be developed with perimeter landscaping and grass turf areas. The perimeter landscaping shall be maintaindd at a minimum of 10 ft. in width from the ground up to a minimum height of 10 ft. and shall consist of the following materials: East and West side of Southerly Lot Photinia Fraseri — 5 ft. on center, 5 gallon size. Southerly Property Line Photinia Fraseri — 5 ft. on center, 5 gallon size. Southwest Corner A cluster of three 15 gallon Coast Redwoods at this corner. The play yard areas shall be moved a minimum of 10 ft. from the property line to provide a buffer from the adjoining single—family lot.
