FILIAL SITE AND LANDSCAPING PLANS FOR TWO EXISPIM INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccamnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. 2he final plans are consistent with the conceptual plans approved with
the use permit application.
2. The proposed improvements will create substantial upgrade of the
existing site and will add cohesiveness to the Tantau Avenue
streetscape.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Starkdard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-4, A-5, L-1,
Lr2, L-3, L-4, Lr5, Ir6, Info-3, Info-4, Info-5, Info-6, Info-7, and
Info-8 of Application 22-U-87 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
.10) improvements within the public right-of-way shall be approved by the
Public Works Department prior to installation.
11) Staff shall have the authority to approve minor modifications to the
approved plans to accommodate adjustments required by other
conditions of Use Permit 22-U-87.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
