Key Opportunities
1. Exploring the possibility of creating a community
benefits incentives program for development;
2. Identifying strategies for diversifying and
strengthening Cupertino's, local economy; improving
multi -modal circulation through the City; and
3. Identifying a viable, community -based strategy for

shopping district so that it remains a regional
