(MINUTE ORDER)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION OF INCLUDING
A MINIMAL ADJUSTMENT IN THE BMR IN -LIEU FEE FOR PRESENT
VALUE, AND CONSIDERATION OF PERMITTING PAYMENT OF
SAID IN -LIEU FEE FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN
RETIRE I CENTER PROJECT IN ANNUAL INCRMENTS OVER A TWO
TO THREE YEAR PERIOD
The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the following policies be
adopted by .lie City CLJLLL1t: L_

BMR in -lieu fees for rental projects shall be adjusted to include a
minimal discount factor for the present value of said fee payment.
The developer may elect the option of paying the required BMR in -lieu
fee for the Senior Citizen Retirement Project contemplated under Use
Permit 17-U-83 (Rev) in annual increments over a period not to exceed
three years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
