SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER -ASA-2018-01, TR -2018-04
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of August 14, 2018,
approving an Architectural and Site Permit for approval to allow for facade modifications to an
existing commercial building (Target) and site improvements including restriping, and the creation of
two (2) public portals along Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saich way and a Tree Removal Permit to
allow the removal and replacement of forty-three (43) protected development trees, located at 20745
Stevens Creek Boulevard, according to Planning Commission Resolution No.(s) 6858 and 6859.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a two-year period, it shall expire on August 14,
2020.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before
the City Council.
