Over the past 22 years the landscape has matured and sunlight and root space has become sparse. After 22 years of growth it has become apparent that many of the understory plants have declined or have stunted due to overplanting. This year 2018, it has been decided to renovate the Japanese Garden with understory plants. The removal of 2 trees would help allow for the new and existing plants to grow and thrive. In addition, the Afghan Pine "A" & Black Pine `B" are both located between 5 - 10 feet of the building foundation. Pine trees are highly flammable and pose a fire hazard to the association. It is requested to have 1 Afghan Pine and 1 Black Pine removed. Both trees will be replaced with 24" box size trees on site but outside the Japanese Garden. See map for removal and replacement tree locations. Thank You, RN m 'l Kevin Allen I.S.A. Certified Arborist #WE -5190A Page 4. P.O.
