is being removed to construct a new driveway between this property and the property to the East. The
driveway that is being constructed is required by an easement that is on record between the 2
properties and was a condition of approval for the development being constructed at 19160 Stevens
Creek Blvd. The tree being requested to be removed is in the direct path of the new driveway
construction.
