The committee concurred to meet on the third Wednesday of January, April, July, and October at 9:00 a.m. Carol also reviewed the current committee composition. She suggested that the City representatives include the City Manager, three Department Heads, two Councilmembers and one Planning Commissioner and that the Chamber representatives include the Executive Director, Community Relations V.P., large business representative and small business representative.
