SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – INT-2017-01
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the
meeting of January 11, 2018; approving a Front Yard Interpretation to designate the
property line along S. Stelling Road as the front lot line and to permit a 1,551 square
foot addition to the existing single story residence, located at 1258 S. Stelling Road,
according to Resolution No. 86.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on January
12, 2018.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days
from the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing,
which will be scheduled before the Planning Commission.
