ASA-2017-05, TR-2017-39 Actionletter_2.doc October 30, 2017 Gensler Attn: Whitney Marr 2101 Webster St #2000 Oakland, Ca. 94612 SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – ASA-2017-05, TR-2017-39 This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of October 26, 2017; approving an Architectural and Site application to allow the construction of a new 4,172 square foot Bank of America building to replace an existing single story, 5,265 square foot, multi-tenant commercial building, with associated site and street frontage improvements including a paved plaza area at the northeast corner of the site; and a Tree Removal Permit to allow the removal and replacement of fourteen (14) protected trees to facilitate the construction of a new commercial bank branch and associated sidewalk improvements, located at 21020 Homestead Road, according to Resolution No(s). 82 and 83. Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on October 26, 2019. Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the Planning Commission.
