MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
1. September 13, 2017 -Commissioner Sahni motions to approve minutes. Commissioner
Rajaram seconds motion. Motion passes unanimously.

2. Teen Commission policies & procedures
Staff Liaison Mestizo continued to review the Teen Commission Manual and
Commissioner's handbook with the Teen Commission.
3. 2017-2018 Work Plan Discussion
Commissioners continued brainstorming projects. Goal is to finalize work plan at October
11th meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
4. Selection of Chair and Vice Chair
A vote was held to determine the Chair and Vice Chair for the Teen Commission for the
2017-2018 term. Commissioner Rajaram was selected as Chair and Commissioner Sahni
was selected as Vice Chair and will serve as the Executive Body of the Teen Commission.

At 7:40pm the Teen Commission adjourned to a REGULAR MEETING which will be held on
Wednesday, October 11th at 6:00pm at the Quinlan Community Center, Conference Room, 10185
North Stelling Road, Cupertino.
