Loak into �overning documents to see if any supporting details for this can be put into the notice. Board will look and review notice and action needed to resolve this issue with not only this unit but all that have similar in comm�anity. It has been noted this issue is also present at Longdown, and Firwood units. c) Painting Aroject—Discussion i) Kaycee to obtain additional proposal for painting and keep to 2016 unit list that needs to be scheduled for painting. If there is damage on structures that are not dry rot or pest damage the HOA will repair. Recommended as in the past that there shouid be two colors used by painting crew to mark such damage to determine HOA and homeowner responsibility repairs. d) Fence Assessment i) Notice in newsletter to state if fence has issues to report to GCM. ii)If homeowners make request that they want a new style fence, such no spaces between boards than the HQA wi�l split cost with homeowner, this is not suggested unless requested. 2) New Business a) Interior Damage Notice i) Board to make edits and corrections and send to Kaycee to revise. b) Contacting Management Notice i) Edit so a�l paragraphs are same font and wording structure and take out 24 hour response time. Kaycee to send to board for final review before sending to membership. c) Brightview Proposals i} Landscape committee restated as to reasoning for all items an proposal. ii) Anna motioned ta approve amounts of tree removal proposal as stated as $1,392.00 for tree at 22851 Longdown, $1,740.00 for tree at 10098 Ridgeway, and$3,132.00 for tree at 101 Q6 Lamplighter. It is understood that permits are not included in cost for proposal. Bill seconded, unanimously approved afl amounts totaling$6,264.00, iii) Bill approved proposal based on Eucalyptus amount of$348.00 being removed from scope of work. Anna seconded, unanimously approved the proposal amount of $2,588.25. d) PooI Entry Discussion i) Upper gate of the pool is still sticking and not properly working. Kaycee to have repair people address as this was to be previously resolved. ii)Next agenda have power washing pool area, concrete walkway, and pool bathroom proposal. If proposal is under$2,b00.00 and known for quality work, GCM to proceed and approve. iii) Front entry pedestrian gate needs to be looked at as it continues to stick. e) Iuterior Repairs i) 22581 homeowner stated that edge of kitchen cabinet has molding and is warped, Leaking under flooring creating buckling in flooring.
