Reoreation Dowling stated that in its preaent layout, it is

Halen Wolterstortt, 7504 Leeds Avenue, told Counoil that she
had tirst seen the plan appro"iJllately two _ka ago. She
atated she was deli¡hted with the plan but then could see a
possible problem with the traffic pattern and suggested a
cul-de-sao at Leeds as well as at Donegal.
