At its June 20,2017 regular meeting,the Cupertino City Council took the following action:
1. FOUND THAT THE PROPOSED ACTIONS ARE EXEMPT FROM CEQA; AND 2.
ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 17-058 APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (DP-
2016-02); AND 3. ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 17-059 APPROVING
ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL (ASA-2016-15); AND 4. ADOPTED
RESOLUTION NO. 17-060 APPROVING HEART OF THE CITY EXCEPTION (EXC-
2017-03) (PAUL ABSENT)
