This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of June 8, 2017; approving an Use Permit to allow outdoor seating within a previously approved
patio area that is more than 20% of the indoor seating for the restaurant (Steins Beer Garden) located within the Nineteen800 mixed use development, located at 10088 N Wolfe Road #130,
according to Resolution No. 81.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on June 8, 2018.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which
will be scheduled before the Planning Commission.
