After reviewing the application documents, Planning Division Staff has determined that your application is incomplete in accordance with the Permit Streamlining Act (California Government Code Section 6592). Please find below the remaining items that will need to be addressed prior to your application being complete. 1. Required Replacements:The required number and/or size of replacements are inadequate. Per Cupertino Municipal Code (CMC) Section 14.18.160 (A), the required replacements for trees over 12 inches and up to 36 inches in DBH require the replacements of either two (2) 24-inch box trees or one (1) 36-inch box tree. Tree numbers 88, 268, 734, 737, 789, 790, 796, and 912 require either two (2) 24-inch box trees or one (1) 36-box tree. Currently, the proposed replacement is one (1) 24-inch box tree. Please update the replacement plan to be consistent with this City's requirements.
