SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER – DP-2016-02, ASA-2016-15, EXC-2017-03
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of May 23, 2017, approving a Development Permit allowing the construction of a 19 unit affordable senior
housing development on a vacant parcel; An Architectural and Site Permit allowing the construction of a 19 unit affordable senior housing development and associated parking and landscape
improvements on a vacant lot; and a Heart of the City Exception Permit to allow 100% of the development to be a non-retail use to accommodate a 19 unit affordable housing development,
located at 19160 Stevens Creek Boulevard, according to Planning Commission Resolution No.(s) 6829, 6830 and 6831.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a two-year period, it shall expire on May 23, 2019.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which
will be scheduled before the City Council.
