located at the above referenced address, which is adjacent to DeAnza/85 Shopping Center, a property we
manage.
The owner of DeAnza/85 Shopping Center gives its consent and approval as per the enclosed plan created by TS
Civil Engineering and the signed Fence Approval form. Our client conditions its consent and approval on the
following items:
1. The fence elevation facing the shopping center is to be painted a color to match the existing
wooden fences. Paint specification is to be given to All Points Construction, Inc. Please cause
All Points Construction, Inc. to send a certificate of insurance with our client as additional insured.
