INTRO.- On November 19, 2016 I was asked to give my evaluation on a cedar tree for Shagorika Dixit
TREE LOCATION: Back left corner.
BASIC TREE INFO -deador cedar("Cedrus deadara") height 85 ft , dbh�" , crown spread 26ft , health good.
ARBORIST FINDINGS: Very large root clearly going to house foundation. Cutting the root could destabilize and or
severely affect Health of tree. Tree has been severely pruned to accommodate power lines; and therefore is highly
disfigured. Highly recommend removal and replacement with a
Tree that has a short maximum height.
