the unique location of the property in Monta Vista. Staff recommends a 3-foot setback
and provide landscaping.
Discussion continued regarding the fence, the recommended setback and height.
Thirumalpathy Balakrishnan, applicant, stated that he wanted a taller fence for his
daughter's safety.
