Tom Robillard Dcpanment of Community Development City of Cupertino 10300 Torre Avenue Cupenino, CA 95014 Re: Mervyn's -Cupertino Dear Mr. Robillard: Following up on our conversation of February 28, we would like to propose two revisions to our exterior building colors. 1. For our main wall color we would like to use Frazee 5741 W. The originally proposed color was considerably lighter and yellower. The original, however, was also referred to as "match existing". In a re-check of the existing, we discovered the two were quite dissimilar. This new color is a near match of the existing, but one shade lighter. 2. For our wainscot base we would like to use Frazee 4344D. The originally proposed base was lighter and pinker. Since our intent was to approximate a brick tone, we feel this new color is much more approptiate. Please let me or Barry Wurzel know ASAP if you have any issues or concerns with these selections. 0 .._,._ ... .. ~ c- _,_. _ Since y, ~ ~ ~_ ~~ ~ .~_.__ Richard F. Davis, A.LA.
