SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – INT-2016-01
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of
October 13, 2016; approving a Front Yard Interpretation to designate the property line along
Colony Hills lane as the front Lot line to maintain the design relationship established in the
residential neighborhood and to permit a 1,114 square foot addition to the existing single story
residence, located at 1070 Colony Hills Lane, according to Resolution No. 66.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within one year, it shall expire on October 13,
2017.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the
date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be
scheduled before the Planning Commission.
