Staff Presentation: Colin Jung, Senior Planner, briefly described the project. Staff
supports the exception due to the unique circumstances of the property and the way it
is used.
Discussion continued regarding the updating of the signage.
Alan Ford, applicant, introduced Jodie Raymundo.
Jodie Raymundo, Manager of Real Estate Services for Hewlett Packard, stated that the
replacement signs are of a global sign program. The changes are to better communicate,
some are being replaced one for one and some are being increased in size.

foot fencing around portions of the project perimeter) on an approved planned
residential development (formally Saron Gardens).
Design Review Committee decision final unless appealed
Staff Presentation: Gary Chao, Assistant Planner, briefly described the project. Staff
supports the project with the revisions stated in the model resolution. The applicant is
aware of the recommended revisions.
Commissioner Chen asked about the location of the trellises.
Discussion continued regarding the entry features and the picket fence designs.
Jeff Jacobs, Centex Homes, brought some full size samples.

Discussion continued regarding pavers, entry features and the recommended revisions.
Mr. Jacobs described the elements on the landscape plan and the exterior color
combinations.
Discussion continued regarding the picket fence designs. The Committee preferred
dog-eared design #5. The applicant was agreeable.
The fencing was acceptable as proposed.
Vera Scott, 1320 Flower Court, was concerned about her own 8-foot fence.
stated that he patterned his fence to her design.
