CALL TO ORDER
At 4:38 p.m., Carol Atwood called the meeting to order in Conference Room E,
Cupertino City Hall, 10300 Torre Avenue.

City Council: Michael Chang, Dolly Sandoval
Guests: Cory Biggs, Maze and Associates
Absent: Tom Hall

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Dolly Sandoval moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of January 17,
2002. Gillian Enos seconded and motion passed unanimously with Tom Hall absent.

NEW BUSINESS
A.
Review! Approve Management Letter
Carol Atwood reviewed the purpose of the management letter and Cory Biggs
revÜ:wed audit process and each comment of the management letter. Gillian Enos
suggested that the auditor comment regarding low and moderate income housing
loan receipts be more specific to ensure adequate controls. Carol stated that she
would incorporate a more specific response in the City's response to the
comments so that the management letter could be approved. The committee was
satisfied with the report.
